Huzzah!

Last night was the first official public event for The Evolution of Bruno Littlemore, at Book Court in Brooklyn.  It was a hell of a lot of fun.  Meanwhile, check out Christopher R. Beha’s fantastic review that will be appearing in this weekend’s New York Times Sunday Book Review.

Rock ‘n’ Roll Animal

Things are heating up as the book is about to drop in T-minus 20 days.  So, some news.  In recent months, The Evolution of Bruno Littlemore was chosen for Barnes & Noble’s Discover Great New Writers Program, and for Indie Bound’s Indie Next List.  If you’re in the New York City area, please come on down to the first official reading from it at Book Court in Brooklyn at 7:00 on February 3rd.  The week after that I’m reading at 7:00 the Barnes & Noble at 86th & Lexington, so come to that one too, and bring twenty or thirty of your closest friends.  Also, my editor, Cary Goldstein, has just become the top dog at Twelve.

My book was also chosen for The New Yorker Book Club! I’ll be doing a live chat with The New Yorker book club on February 22 at 2:00 pm EST, so set your alarm clocks.

There’s other stuff to come.  I’m going to spruce up my website a little before the book hits the shelves, and stuff like that.  Ciao.
